Mark spent the first 10 years of his career in various senior hospitality roles, predominantly within food and beverage and sales and marketing. He has worked for leading hospitality businesses such as Firmdale, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Rocco Forte Hotels.
Mark started his career in recruitment working as a consultant at a global firm, recruiting qualified accountants into Commerce and Industry up to CFO level. He then moved his focus back into the hospitality industry, first working in an executive search business and from there an international recruitment business. He has worked on a variety of senior level retained assignments as well as contingent recruitment.
