FAQ

FAQ’s

1. What are the benefits of using a recruiter?

Using a recruiter provides more insight into the role and hiring manager. Recruiters will be armed with stacks of information as they would have taken a brief on the role in order to find and shortlist appropriate candidates. A recruiter can also manage the process for you, chase for feedback and next steps and find out whether you are up against any other candidates, useful information you might not get directly from a hiring manager. By using a recruiter, you are able to be better prepared for your interviews than if you had applied directly and should you be successful they are an extra support if there are any negotiations at the end of the process
