About the employer:
This is an exciting opportunity with a global upscale and lifestyle hotel brand, overseeing several of the group’s hotels in the north of England. You will play a key role in driving revenue performance across the portfolio, working closely with hotel operations, sales and ecommerce teams to maximise RevPAR and EBITDA.
About the role

  • Design and manage the pricing strategy for your three hotels, maximising RevPAR and EBITDA across the portfolio.
  • Monitor pricing by segment on a day-to-day basis, ensuring rules and rate strategies in Duetto are accurate and up to date.
  • Review and analyse daily, weekly and monthly pick-up reports and market trends with your team and key stakeholders.
  • Produce accurate weekly and periodic forecasts, annual budgets and reforecasts for the hotels under your responsibility.
  • Lead the upselling and direct channel strategy, reducing reliance on OTAs and other commission-based channels.
  • Oversee the group and event quotation process, ensuring the agreed pricing strategy is followed across the portfolio.
  • Lead Business Review meetings, maintaining close communication with Sales, Ecommerce and Operations teams.
  • Train, supervise and motivate your Revenue Management team, fostering a strong revenue culture across the portfolio.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum two years’ experience in revenue management or supervision within the hotel sector is essential.
  • A degree or equivalent in business studies or hotel management; revenue management training is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting and benchmarking, ideally with experience of Opera, Switch and/or Duetto.
  • Demonstrable analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to inspire, influence, develop and lead a team by example.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining focused on goals.
  • Advanced English language skills; additional languages an advantage.

Benefits of the role

  • The opportunity to work with an exciting international hotel group.
  • The chance to work with a progressive and forward-thinking company, with highly regarded leaders, a great team and a sought-after culture.
