Mark’s love of hospitality originally stemmed from his passion for food, so having dabbled at being a chef, Mark moved into restaurant management and then onto hotel sales and marketing. He worked for leading hospitality businesses such as Firmdale, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Rocco Forte Hotels for almost 10 years. His entrepreneurial streak then led him into recruitment, allowing him to leverage his true understanding of the operational side of a hospitality business and help clients build great teams.
Mark is now a hospitality industry recruitment expert, having spent the last 10 years working on a variety of senior level retained assignments as well as contingent recruitment roles, nationally and internationally.
Mark divides his time between Bath and London, and on weekends, works as a chauffeur to his three children!
