Massa is a multi-sector recruiter, having gained almost 20 years’ experience in a wide range of niche industries. Initially starting her career in the healthcare recruitment sector, she honed her craft when she moved into property recruitment becoming the go-to recruiter for headhunting mid to senior level town planners for private consultancies in London. Prior to joining HBD Partners, Massa spent ten years growing her financial services network, recruiting for the asset finance and payments industry sectors. With a particular strength in business development and networking, Massa is known for her candid yet approachable manner, her ability to unearth candidates for difficult to fill roles, and her perseverance in delivering the exact requirements of a brief. With a number of close friends in the fast-paced luxury and lifestyle hotel industry, it was only a matter of time before the stars aligned, and she found her home at HBD Partners, being appointed their senior specialist recruiter for finance in January 2020.
