Digital Communications & CRM Manager
About the employer:
This is an exciting opportunity with a well-known, design-led hostel brand with properties in some of Europe’s most vibrant cities. The role sits within the group’s specialist booking and commercial services business, which handles sales, revenue management, marketing and e-commerce across the portfolio, helping to turn guest interest into direct bookings and maximise revenue.
Location: Jersey, or remote anywhere in Europe
About the role

  • Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Distribution, the Digital Communications & CRM Manager will own the CRM platform and guest lifecycle communications across the European hostel portfolio.
  • Build and optimise automated guest journeys across email and WhatsApp, from pre-arrival through to post-stay and re-engagement.
  • Manage audience segmentation, data quality and GDPR-compliant data management.
  • Schedule and deploy CRM campaigns that support occupancy goals, promotions and commercial priorities across both B2C and B2B.
  • Manage website content through the CMS and work with external developers to improve the direct booking journey.
  • Support the optimisation of the guest AI chatbot and ensure tracking is in place across digital touchpoints (GA4, GTM).
  • Analyse CRM and digital performance, produce clear reports and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Marketing and Sales teams, as well as external partners including SEO agencies, CRM providers and web developers.

What we are looking for

  • Significant, demonstrable experience working with CRM systems and website development is essential.
  • Proven experience managing customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and process improvements.
  • A sound understanding of direct marketing principles, SEO and content strategy.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Agile and comfortable with new technology and system changes, with a growth mindset.
  • A genuine interest in making guests’ stays memorable through seamless digital communication.

Benefits of the role

  • Salary of ÂŁ55,000 (or equivalent in local currency).
  • The flexibility to be based in Jersey or work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of CRM and digital guest communications for a well-known European hostel brand.
  • To join a diverse, collaborative team that celebrates individuality and different perspectives.
